BAR

Our reclaimed wood and concrete bar features a seasonally rotating menu of spirit-forward cocktails, craft beer, and wine. 

The bar showcases primarily aged spirits in a cocktail menu featuring both classic cocktails, and our own original takes.  We are inspired by classic ingredients and recipes. All of our cocktails are made with fresh quality products, many of which are made in house.

We feature primarily local breweries on our 8 rotating taps, alongside a wide selection of craft cans and bottles from across the country.  Our wine menu showcases all American made wines, while taking inspiration from old-world standards.

KITCHEN

We cook simple, but elegant, food bringing regional produce and fresh ideas to recognizable pub fare.  Many classic flavor combinations are  with young minds to create meals.  Much of our menu is meant to be shared, and the majority of our fare is vegetarian friendly.  

We support as many local farms, suppliers, and producers as we can.  Currently we get bread from Union Loafers and Companion.  We get ice cream from Serendipity.  Certain produce is grown on the Urban Rooftop Farm, downtown off 14th street.
